Ms. Yee has been an insurance defense trial attorney for over 15 years. She has defended
her clients in a wide range of matters, including personal injury, premises liability, earth
movement, landlord-tenant and neighbor dispute cases. Ms. Yee has successfully tried over
15 cases in Contra Costa County, San Francisco County, Alameda County and Napa County.
Before joining Haapala, Thompson & Abern in 2008, Ms. Yee worked for the Berkeley law firm
of Jon York & Associates and for Farmers Insurance’s house counsel, Valerian, Patterson &
Stratman.
