Mr. Won’s practice involves defense of public entities and their employees in civil tort litigation,
including civil rights, wrongful death, and negligence cases. His practice also involves
complex litigation and insurance defense cases, including personal injuries, landlord/tenant
disputes, and intentional torts.
Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Won practiced general civil litigation, including personal
injury and family law matters. While in law school Mr. Won served with distinction for two terms
as an extern with the Department of Justice, U.S. Trustee’s Office, assisting the U.S. Trustee in
the civil enforcement of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
