John Haapala is an AV-rated attorney and founding partner, admitted to practice in 1969. He now serves as advisor and mediator.
After practicing civil litigation for over 40 years, John Haapala is now a fulltime mediator. John has been a longtime panelist with the Alameda and Contra Costa County court-sponsored mediation programs. He is certified in basic and advanced mediation, completing programs taught by Steven Rosenberg.
He has successfully mediated hundreds of cases in the last several years assisting parties and their attorneys resolve cases involving motor vehicle accidents, personal injuries, product liability, construction defects, governmental tort claims, landlord-tenant disputes, real estate nondisclosure, boundary and easement disputes, and uninsured motorist claims.
